Hangzhou Junpeng underlay Co., Ltd is a factory specialized in prodcuing carpet underlay and flooring underlay since 2007. The factory is located in Hangzhou which is called underlay basement industrial park, about 150km to both Shanghai port and Ningbo port. Shipping is very convenient.  

Our brand J-underlay® is registered since factory running in 2007. Our factory covers an area of 5000 square meters. The day-product capacity reaches 60,000 sq.m. There are 2 foaming productive lines and 2 rubber underlay productive lines.  Foaming blend machine, cutting machine ,film attaching machine, rubber heating machine, rolling machine and the own invention machine are more than 20 sets.

We are specialized in carpet padding/carpet cushion and acoustic insulation underlayment. Products cover pu foam carpet underlay, rubber underlay, felt underlay, epe foam underlayment, eva foam underlayment, ixpe underlay. Also we are distributing carpet tack strip/carpet gripper, aluminium edge sealing strip, carpet heatbond tape, double cloth tape, installtion tools to make our customers more easy to get all accessoris from our one-stop factory service.
